Hi,
I am describing it to you because it has been my experience that neither on this forum nor elsewhere, there is no experience with the malfunctions of 50cc ECU injection GY6 engines.
My engine produced two error codes paralel, first the yellow light flashed six times and then seven times.
After many months of searching, I managed to find a user manual. It clearly describes that the six flashes indicate a fault in the cylinder head temperature sensor, and the seven flashes indicate a fault in the oxygen sensor. The funny thing is that by the time I found this, I had already replaced the above parts and the error codes disappeared.
Regarding the valves, I tried many setting formats and finally I achieved the best possible result by setting the incoming valves to 0.06 and the outgoing to 0.08. It's a four years old engine, but has injector and ECU.
There is an adjustment option on the side of the ECU, it is a potentiometer. Here, after fully screwing in, unscrewing it half a turn was the most ideal condition.
The above settings are based on my own experience and were set based on the values measured with the obd sensor.
This is not an example for others, it is not necessarily to be followed, I am only sharing my own experiences!
All the best,
Tamas
